Banana Pops — Breakfast of Champions

A Popsicle for breakfast? Why not?, especial when it’s this healthy.   It’s simply; just halve a banana and push a Popsicle stick through, then dip in honey, yogurt or peanut butter and roll in Cheerios (or some granola) and freeze.  It works out great for a Breakfast on the go!


Tip:  If you decide to dip in Peanut Butter warm it up just a little bit so the banana can be dipped.
