Chef Baba creates a classic Italian menu for each party. Perhaps you will learn how to make a savory appetizer like grilled Shrimp wrapped in delicate Prosciutto. Maybe you’ll move on to a Primo Platti of Clams and Mussels, homemade Tri-Color Ricotta Gnocchi, Ossobucco of Veal, and a wonderful pesce like Whole Yellowtail Snapper en Papillotte. Perhaps you will top it all off with a mouth-watering, homemade apple tart. Whatever the special menu for your birthday party, your hands-on training will make you feel you’ve spent time with Nonna, too!
​All parties include a home-baked birthday cake prepared by Chef Baba himself and tons of balloon decor.
