The American Assoc. of Orthodontists recommends that every child first visit an orthodontist at age 7.  At this appointment, Dr. Statler can determine how, when and IF a child needs treatment for maximum improvement with the least possible time and expense.
THIS FIRST CONSULTATION IS COMPLIMENTARY, and it includes photos, x-rays and diagnostic evaluation.
Children evaluated between the ages of 6-10 will be placed into one of the following categories:
1. Early active Treatment.
2. Less intensive treatment with a simple expansion or holding appliance. (NO braces)
3. No early active treatment at all. They will be placed on our growth and guidance observation program, seeing them every few months at absolutely no charge to you until there is a time when treatment is necessary.
