Rainbow Pasta

Ready to be the coolest parent on the block when you serve you this Rainbow Pasta for dinner?!

It’s simple…

Start with using any pasta you would like, and cook according to the package.

While your pasta is cooking prepare your Ziplock bags with coloring:
Use however many colors you prefer. Add 20 drops of food coloring and 2 tablespoons water to each bag.

Once the pasta is done, drain it and then immediately run cold water over it in the strainer.

Transfer the pasta into the bags of food coloring. Then shake the bag of pasta and food coloring until well-combined.

Let sit for at least a 1 minute.

Then return each bag to your strainer seperately, give the pasta a second cold water rinse, and then put the pasta back into your pot. When all of the colors of pasta have returned, toss the pasta together until the colors are combined.

You can top with your favorite sauce or toppings.
